A girl rides her bike down a road. Messenger bag strapped across her shoulder, ready for adventure. Until the cop pulled her over.
"Ma'am, this road isn't a bike-shared road. You can't bike down it. Did you know that?"
"If I was informed of this fact, I was not informed clearly enough," she said. "I turned earlier and thought that the road extension would just be bike-shared, too."
